Accountability from the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York

Accountability from the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York
The Issue
The allegations levied against Baggeth are based on bias, not on justice or evidence. Thousands are falsely arrested daily on charges that are both unconstitutional and illegal. These charges are often the result of police officers' discretion on scene and in the court system by means of falsified probable cause. The impact on these individuals and their families is devastating. Families are torn apart, careers destroyed, and lives irreparably damaged due to the reckless and unethical actions of those in positions of power. This cannot continue. Baggeth’s charges are not just wrongful prosecution—it’s a case study in racial injustice.
*My Connection to This Fight:*
I’ve known Baggeth for many years, and I’m dedicated to getting him a fair review. Meeting him through a mutual friend, I was horrified to learn about the impact of prosecutorial misconduct and systemic racism in his life. There is an alarming number of African American men & women incarcerated every year. Each year, over 10,000 people in the US are wrongfully convicted, with racial discrimination embedded in many of these cases. I'm not saying everyone accused of a crime is innocent.
I’ve dedicated my life to helping free Baggeth. But to move forward, I need your support. Please join me in demanding the immediate release of Baggeth to the custody of 7997.
**Sign the petition to support Baggeth in his fight for freedom and to end racial injustice in our legal system. Together, we can make a difference.**
