This is a public petition to ask telegram.org to uphold the rights of the JamesDSP telegram group and to shut down the channel of Jay Soliano, Stormviper for exactly the behaviour it is first accusing us of--hate speech against innocent people, groups and valuable contributors to the audio community.

Jay makes various false claims about his expertise versus our expertise in the field of convolution impulse response generation (detailed in the last paragraph of this petition) but the main issue here is his behaviour towards us and users and developers of the field:

1. He claims his work is free, but actively harasses and persecutes anyone he doesn't like who shares his work.  Or even someone elses' work--he claims OTHERS' work for himself and persecutes them for that false claim

2. He is poisoning the environment of Viper4Android audio presets, by putting his work up for public download one day then threatening to sue innocent users sharing his work out of enthusiasm the next day.

3. He even goes so far as to claim his enemies are selling drugs, to get people to complain to telegram about them and get them off telegram.  He has no evidence for this, beyond the fact that he doesn't like them! https://ibb.co/VM8nGk2

2. Jay claims to have qualifications as an AES member and a audio engineering graduate, unfortunately, none of those qualifications qualify him for the field he claims expertise in, convolution impulse response generation, which partly belongs to Digital Signal Processing in Electronic Engineering but is mostly its own standalone field of expertise which I have keenly studied for 10 years.  Meanwhile my partner James Fung is a qualified Electronics Engineering graduate assisting me in the few issues I might find difficult.  We have demonstrated our expertise by debunking time and again the false claims of Jay, which is why we have come under fire from him again.
