The FMCSA Clearinghouse was established to document and track drivers who've violated FMCSA prohibition and DOT drug and alcohol testing program rules. However, it seems to have lost its core purpose and has become a tool capable of unfair accusations and pointless punishments. Stripping away a driver's CDL Class A license, which is their bread and butter, without strong evidence is an unprecedented form of injustice.
