Management of our HOA is run by an outside company who we pay to police our neighborhoods, fine us, tell us what color we can paint, how our front yards need to be planted, how long our guests can stay, what we can do to our homes front, back, and inside, and the have over stepped there boundaries. We need to illuminate the problem, the management company and either run the HOA With homeowners only or abolish it and let people live as they want with no major restrictions other than city rules. 

We could get refunded the $100,000's of dollars we've paid, stop paying monthly fees, and live free from worry if getting a notice or fine for something that is our right to do. 

With drive through violation checks happening several times a week and the harassment getting worse and worse, I think now is a great time to take our community back and make a stand that shows we will not be bullied and harassed by non-homeowners any longer. Now is the time to do something and start the process of getting this management company out and living in the neighborhoods we were told we were buying from day 1. Live free and peacefully without fear of anyone driving by and making sure you're not doing something they deem unjust.
