I am a member of the David Lloyd Clubs, and for the past couple of years, I've been unable to enjoy the full benefits of my membership due to their tier system. This system restricts members from using other clubs, creating confusion and limiting our options. Even staff members are unsure about which clubs we can use under this policy.

David Lloyd Clubs is one of Europe's largest health club operators with over 100 clubs across UK and Europe. It prides itself on providing premium services to its members (source: Corporate.DavidLloyd.co.uk). However, this tier system contradicts their commitment to offering an exceptional experience for all members.

The introduction of a uniform membership would not only simplify access but also enhance the value proposition for all existing and potential customers. It would align with David Lloyd's vision of being a place where people can come together to achieve their personal health goals.

We call upon David Lloyd Clubs management to abolish the current tier system and establish a uniform membership at a reasonable price that allows all members equal access to any club they wish.
