Since the end of COVID 19 restrictions in Scotland car boot sales have been opening all over the country except at Thainstone , Aberdeenshire. The Car  Boot sale and Sunday market were  an institution in the North East of Scotland drawing people from all country   which also had a positive effect on local businesses such as cafes, local shops bed and breakfasts, pubs and  restaurants . Locals used to attend in their droves, it was a great day for many families who met their friends and relatives there.  Now the owners, Aberdeen and Northern Marts don’t seem to want to open up the boot sale and there’s little information on their social media pages, it’s disappointing for many . So please sign this petition calling on the owners to reinstate the car boot sale ASAP
