Abbotsford needs a disc golf course. 

Disc golf is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. With over 11,000 courses worldwide, the COVID pandemic has accelerated its growth to unprecedented levels. All major neighbouring communities, such as Mission, Chilliwack, Aldergrove, Langley and Maple Ridge have courses, but Abbotsford does not. Building a course in Abbotsford will help meet the rapidly increasing demand and help alleviate wait times at the surrounding courses. 

Disc golf is a great way to get outside and exercise. The game is fun, easy to play, and cheap to get into. A set of discs can be purchased for as little as 30 dollars. Courses have a very low impact on land, as they simply require a basket and tee-pad. Disc golfers take pride in our courses and maintain them well, cleaning up garbage to ensure everyone can enjoy the course.
