We chose this vehicle with the hope of owning one simple scooter that would meet our daily needs. Instead, we have been left struggling with broken promises, poor performance, and missing features. From battery draining issues, reduced range, and lack of charging infrastructure to unsafe tyres, weak suspension, and unavailable accessories — the company has failed to deliver on its commitments. Even though it was advertised as waterproof, riders continue to face water damage and splashing issues during rains, making it unsafe and inconvenient. What was meant to be a reliable everyday ride has turned into a constant source of frustration. This petition calls for the company to listen to its users, fix the problems, and restore trust before expanding further.
