This is RSMOHS' recent school bulletin board.

Everyone, including teachers and students, needs to feel at home and included when they are in a school setting. A large bulletin board or notice board in a school hallway or thoroughfare is one of the simplest ways to foster a sense of community, which is one of the best ways to create a friendly atmosphere. I noticed this year that Ragay Science and Math Oriented High School only has one bulletin board. It's acceptable for a school to have at least one bulletin board. However, the bulletin board close to the gate is not very big and is not appealing to everyone in the school. I also observe that the bulletin board has been in use for a while and is no longer durable enough to be used in the near future. 

Now, in my opinion, it would be better if the school bulletin board could be updated and improved. Regardless of size, the new bulletin board will be a great resource for information sharing on campus. I also propose that the upgraded bulletin board's cover be made of glass. In this manner, any damage or vandalism to the postings on the bulletin board is prevented. This is due to the fact that the last time I noticed announcements posted on the bulletin board, the printed flyer faded due to the drizzling rain. The improved bulletin board display will be more appealing, transparent, organized, and secure.

Additionally, I believe the SSG should take the initiative to improve the attractiveness of the bulletin board to students. Increasing the appeal of the bulletin board will draw students' attention and encourage them to view the announcements and postings there. In general, updating and improving the school's notice board will help students stay informed about upcoming events, different opportunities, and peer activities and accomplishments in school. It will also make it possible to post school announcements, timetables, and schedules for parents, students, and teachers. In light of these benefits, I firmly believe that the school's SSG should take the initiative in putting this into action.
