ATTN: The United States' Public, The United States' Supreme Court, The United States' Department Of Interior, The United States' Department Of State, The United States' Secretary Of State, The United States' Vice President, The United States' President, And All Other Relevant Parties,

Please accept this letter of Petition, for reparative support, in the development of our national republic, in title, A United Nations Of African America.

The need of our people to receive national recognition is presented, not only, that we are the kind of immigrant population to have no national embassy facilitation, and the injustice clear of top; that we have been made social icons of reparative frequency, as well, in past-times, and in these contemporary times, not only overexposes our people to pity and global dependency. That our suffered genocidal moments are turned into cultural entertainment, and so subjected to traditional overbearances of intimidation, we have evolved an acceptance of our place, about such; and the disposition has been a killer of our  ability to mature independent national subsistence. Currently, we exist, but not as a nation; only, we are without home or land, an ethnicity.

To address the who, why and how much quandary which surrounds prospective reparational design, we present a constitutional resolve, replete of declarative treaty, solemn prerogatives, proclamative orders and other encoded legislative programs, within which shall communicate the affiliation between the people of our national republic and our affairs between all foreign entities, strategically. We impose a constitutional liberation plan, for our mission of diplomacy, about the federal reparative remedies owed our people, for violated matters concerned of S.Con.Res.26 — 111th Congress (2009-2010) of the United States, inter alia. In this petition, no longer associated to the societal category descriptor of Freedmen, for cooperative support of the constitutional liberation plan, herein packaged, sincerely, we announce the separation of our personified bodies from the United States Of America, into our own independent realm of government; and we proclaim our domain of the land and water area described, and we represent as the people or of their descendancy, who were assigned---and those given characteristic profile in the Dred Scott Supreme Court Decision too---in the 15th field order of General Sherman, now known African Americans.

The existence of the state has continued, in an unrecognized condition, considerably, withheld away from us, the independent guidance of our tutelage, as a nation of our own people; a state which was reserved, for us, by the authority of the United States of America President Abraham Lincoln and generals of the Union Army, rightly. Since then, the land area has long been usurped, overpowered of the oppressive forces, as well, blatantly, from any independent national control that our people have given effort; the people are intact, yet, but they are suffered of generational terrorization, among other injuries and deprivations of humanity; included, in mention of the endured oppressive machinery, miseducation must be. Another important caveat of interest, about the attested oppressive conditions, the civil war of the United States never ended, that one which was fought on the matter of slavery.

Expressly, stated in the pertinent field orders, that any facilitation of defense or other operative management shall cease, on part of the United States, once our nation is able to subsist; however, not included were reparative supports and resources, circumstantially, in consideration of current dues owed; whereby, the United States is accounted trillions of dollars, not to individuals, but to our people; only, although, as a government of our own.

What is not imperative of the constitutional plan, to be clear, notably, the reseizure of the exact lands described in the pertinent field orders; but that our people receive the applicable amount of reparative land owed, based on the estimated original measurements; additionally, a 40% actual increase of land which is proportional to US land growth (and is 2* the size of Israel). There is also an amount of surface water span, to account for the assigned water areas that were also allocated reserves.

This personified communal separation is a need of national privacy, imperatively. Through a 250 year social gulag, and so many more techniques and generations of imposed integration, we have an indoctrinated crisis of heritigenial relativity. Our people must have the space to develop a national community, without foreign interference. In that way, there is an independence of wealth, not of mere economy, but of institution and tradition too.

As part of this international diplomatic mission, about the liberation of our people, critically, there is an exhaustive effort requisite, on end of all parties involved; one that develops a national republic, on principle of the federal reparations owed to African Americans, inclusive of redistributed resourceful finances, the allocation of land and water territories, sanctioned embassy and consulate missions, federal and international recognition of statehood, among other assets; whereby, all the requested resourceful reparative remedies, that will allow the development and maintenance of African American independent economic governance, ordained of rite and law, shall be received quid-pro-quo, by the national republic, i.e., the vested collective interests of those represented, in name, A United Nations Of African America.

This diplomatic mission will expand the access and reach of African American people, distinguished from the limited design allotted for our people by the named oppressive forces, critically; and will create a whole new world of employment opportunities, for African Americans, globally. Furthermore, the distinguished independent economy will enhance national universality of African Americans, implemented of the constitutional plan; and will encourage the educational improvement, and humanitarian participation of our people.

Our national economic development will commence financial endeavors, through the federal seizure and redistribution of administrative personnel, policy, protocol, resource and title of the Bureau Of African Affairs, in first case, pointedly, inter alia, per the constitutional plan of this diplomatic mission. The governance of our economy will be facilitated, in this international diplomatic mission, by the establishment of an embassy and consulate, to manage the interior and foreign operative relations, for an interim period, funded by the retitled Bureau Of African American Affairs. We will assign an ambassador and consular, along with protocols and procedures of governance, to supervise operations. Relational economic diplomacy missions will concern education, land acquisition, security, and other relevant imperatives.

Respectfully, we African Americans, with our most humble regards, in summary-point, a request of our people, that you accord recognition to our national republic; that you acknowledge and honor the reparative federal obligations of the United States, and not limited to only these demands:

That African Americans are permitted an authorized presidential seizure of BAA operations and assets, redistributed for development of UNAA operations.

That a federal reparative package be designed, towards the development of The United Nations Of African America, for financial and other resourceful aid.

That an embassy and consulate missions of foreign and interior relations be established for The United Nations Of African America, with an ambassador and consular.

That the member-citizens receive amnesty of all debts owed, and a United Nations Of African America special foreign diplomatic status, to and within the United States.

That member-citizens retain the entirety of their United States' citizenship status, as dual citizens of the United States of America and The United Nations Of African America.

That the land reserved for African America people of General Field Orders #15, by General W.T. Sherman, be honored real or substituted, to The United Nations Of African America.

That The United Nations Of African America receive official federal and international recognition, efforts encouraged of the United States, and to others.

A Constitution To The United Nations Of African America has been drafted that details the information contained in this petition letter, and a complete edition will be made available, shortly.

Sincerely,

Mr. Anthony R. Ivey, Jr.,
