We, the RMHS Varsity Girls Volleyball team, feel we have immense potential and talented players. The dedication displayed by the girls at times has been   staggering, yet we find ourselves continuously falling short. This isn't a lack of motivation or effort by our athletes. We believe that our team is missing meaningful training and fundamental skill practice from a coaching staff that has a comprehensive understanding of the essential basics of the game. Our team isn't able to play consistently or perform on a competitive level, not because we lack the capacity, but the lack of leadership with a desire to help us improve athletically as a team and as individual players.
     As we all know, the success of any sports team relies heavily on the efforts and quality of coaching. Therefore, it's vital to our team's future success that we have a coaching staff that possesses a thorough understanding in playing the game of volleyball, including both the basic fundamental skills as well as building up to advanced team strategies. A new, committed, knowledgeable head coach, with a passion for the sport and strong athletic performance building techniques to guide our team to its full potential, might be what we need for better game outcomes and a significantly enhanced overall experience.
     For the sake of our school's volleyball players, future teams and their parents, who put in time and effort every game and practice, and for the sake of our school representation, all in which deserves to have a dynamic,  well-rounded volleyball program to showcase our collective spirit and talent, we are politely asking for our wishes of new head coach and/or coaching staff for our Lady Rattlers Volleyball team be taken into consideration and met before the 2025 school year/ volleyball season.
