I have known Bryce since we were around 18 years old, growing up in Seattle.  We did go our separate ways for a while but when I heard about his case I wanted to do all I could for him. Getting this petition started on behalf of Bryce Huber DOC #352455, was a no-brainer. He has been in prison now for the past 13 years. Currently serving time in the Walla Walla State Prison in Washington State.
        Everyone, in this case, made very bad decisions, and all of them received very different sentences, Bryce's was the harshest, and even more than the Prosecuting Attorney had asked for. There is a quote by Author John C. Maxwell that says, "Life is a matter of choices and every choice you make makes you". 
         At the advice of his attorney at the time, Bryce did not take the stand, and some things did not get brought out in the trial that could have helped Bryce. So the judge MADE A CHOICE, she made the HARSHEST choice for Bryce and he got hit with a 32-year prison sentence. Remember though, Bryce HAD NEVER had a felony before this. The shooters in this case pled out and got less than 21 years each. Bryce does have the support of his immediate family and friends, a strong religious background, and has learned many strong lessons about life and what it means to value it even more.  

       UPDATE: As of 2023 Bryce will be Graduating with his AA in Business from Walla Walla Community College. And, In August of 2023 we submitted the paperwork to Governor Jay Inslee's Office for Clemency. 

        Many people in this world do deserve a second chance and a measure of grace, Bryce Huber is one of them. Please help me, his family and many other friends get him resentenced. Justice has already been served.
