On January 9th 2025, Robert’s new attorney subjected him to both a polygraph examination and an EyeDetect test to prove his truthfulness. Results above 50% indicate truthfulness, and both tests concluded that Robert showed NO deception, with a 97% probability of truthfulness.

The questions:
➡️ Did you hear anyone you shot at make life-threatening comments prior to firing?
Answer: Yes.
➡️ Did you witness your trial attorney repeatedly communicate false information during your trial?
Answer: Yes.
➡️ Did you see anyone you shot at point a firearm at you immediately prior to you firing?
Answer: Yes.
➡️ Did you witness anyone you shot at point a firearm at your brother immediately prior to firing?
Answer: Yes.

This aligns with the truth Robert has maintained all along and supports the blocked testimonies of witnesses who could have proven his actions were in self-defense. Robert’s voice—and the voices of others silenced during his trial—deserve to be heard.

We understand a life was lost, and that is tragic, but it’s time to correct this injustice for all and bring Robert home.
