Bring back the H2 (aka History 2) Channel
The Issue
A large number of cable TV subscribers are upset with A&E Networks decision to change the H2 network to the new ViceLand network. History 2 was an informative network that a lot of people relied on for shows that taught us about actual history. H2 had original programming that was different from most all the other networks and was one of the very few networks that never change format or became over ran with drama laced reality shows. The executives at A&E Networks claim that all our favorite H2 shows will be on the History channel, but that probably wont be the case. The History channel has changed so much over the last 10 years, that most of the programming has been geared towards a certain group of people with shows like Axe Men, Swamp People, Pawn Stars, Cajun Pawn Stars, Counting Cars, American Restoration, and American Pickers. The new ViceLand Network is supposed to be geared towards millennial men, but most millennials are dropping cable and getting their content through an online streaming device.
