"WE THE PEOPLE" — This iconic phrase is the cornerstone of American government. It embodies freedom and liberty, justice and equality, and establishes that we, the citizens of the United States, hold the power. Not the President. Not Congress. And, while this sentiment is often uttered in media and politics today, the true impact and significance of our voice seems to continue to diminish.

So, it is our right — and our duty — to assert our authority and reestablish the values that our country was founded on. As the Constitution states in the first line, "to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity". We must take action now to defend Justice against tyranny. To restore Peace and Tranquility across the country, reclaimed from the militarized and politicized justice system. To provide defence, for all people, against corruption, injustice, and abuse. To improve and sustain the general welfare — the well-being, health, safety, and happiness of the citizens. And to renew and restore Liberty for ourselves and for all future Americans.

It is undeniable that our country is in crisis. The very injustices our forefathers fought and died to overthrow have returned. The once revered promises of Liberty, Justice, Equality, Consent of the Governed, and Rule of Law are being erased:

• "He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good." — The President, a convicted felon, has defied the rule of law by ignoring federal court orders, such as in the mass deportation contempt case; attempting to revoke birthright citizenship through executive action; targeting lawyers and judges with arrests and threat of removal; accepting a $400M luxury jet from Qatar in violation of the Emoluments Clause; illegally firing inspectors general without congressional notice; and Unilaterally withholding or cutting funding for foreign aid, public education, health programs, and low-income assistance
• "He has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands." — The President has systematically obstructed immigration through sweeping bans, detentions, and mass deportations; Has thrown legal Americans out of the country refusing to give them aid; expanded enforcement policies, funding, and personnel focus for immigration and militarized law enforcement; Unlawful detentions, family separations, and denying medical care; and Criminalizing migrants based solely on race, ethnicity, and skin color
• "He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers." — The President has repeatedly defied and disregarded court rulings, including orders halting deportations, restoring aid, and protecting Constitutional Rights; He has directed federal agencies to ignore injunctions; Challenged the authority of judges to issue nationwide rulings; Dismissed the legitimacy of judicial review itself; and Publicly denounced legal scrutiny of his actions, threatening those who seek redress.
• "He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries." — The President has attacked the independence of the judiciary by threatening, surveilling, and arresting judges who ruled against his administration; Issued executive orders targeting legal professionals and stripping firms of security clearances for defending political opponents; Encouraged defiance of court rulings, including those related to immigration, appropriations, and civil liberties; He has publicly undermined the legitimacy of the courts; and Promoted loyalty over law in key judicial appointments.
• "He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation" — The President let a personal friend and Billionaire wield executive power without oversight by creating the Department of Government Efficiency; Executive Offices have penalized and silenced political opposition; He has purged career officials through mass layoffs and loyalty tests; Openly embracing foreign influence and bribery; Operated outside constitutional boundaries with Unilateral Global tariffs; He has bypassed Congress through executive actions that carry the force of law without legislative consent.
• "For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world" — The President has disrupted international trade by imposing sweeping tariffs often without economic justification or strategic coherence and sparking retaliatory tariffs, trade wars, and supply chain disruptions; He has withdrawn from multilateral trade agreements, undermined long-standing economic partnerships, and destabilized global markets through impulsive policy shifts; His abandonment of cooperative institutions such as NATO and the World Trade Organization has isolated the nation economically and diplomatically, eroding trust, weakening alliances, and shrinking American influence on the world stage.
• "For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent" — Congress and the President have enacted tax policies that disproportionately benefit the wealthy elites, such as themselves, while increasing the burden on the poorest and most every hard-working American; Despite promising to eliminate taxes on tips, he failed to deliver, all while pushing cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, and other vital programs that taxpayers rely on; and Through mass layoffs of IRS staff he has crippled the agency’s ability to serve the public leaving millions of citizens facing delayed or missing refunds and predatory tax scams flourishing in the void of enforcement.
• "For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury" — The President has encouraged the erosion of due process and trial protections through policies that allow indefinite detention without charges, the expansion of secretive plea deals under duress, and the use of 'emergency courts' that bypass jury trials altogether; Protesters, immigrants, and political dissidents have been arrested under vague or exaggerated charges, only to face administrative hearings instead of impartial trials; and Congress, This Administration, and the Courts have allowed children as young as 2 or 3 years old defend themselves in Federal Court without legal representation, facing deportation proceedings alone, unable to understand the language, the charges, or their rights. 
• "For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences" — The President has revived extraterritorial detention and prosecution models, including sending detainees to overseas prisons; He has supported the extradition of legal Americans to foreign countries on politicized charges; and In multiple cases, refugees and immigrants have been deported to face sham trials or authoritarian punishment abroad, in direct violation of asylum law and human rights treaties.
• Among increasingly frequent and aggressive violations of our Constitutional Rights — Attacks on the First Amendment, not only by silencing journalists, suppressing protest, and retaliating against whistleblowers, but promoting religious favoritism and establishing direct ties between church and state; The Fourth Amendment has been disregarded through expanded surveillance, warrantless raids on immigrant communities, and the seizure of personal data and property without probable cause or judicial oversight; The Sixth Amendment has been trampled by allowing indefinite detentions, rushing deportations, and refusing to provide legal representation; The Eighth Amendment has been breached by imposing excessive bail on political protestors and allowing cruel, degrading treatment of detainees, particularly transgender individuals, asylum seekers, and prisoners held in privatized facilities; The government has undermined the Ninth Amendment by dismantling rights to abortion access, privacy, and bodily autonomy; and Violated the Tenth Amendment through federal overreach that strips power from states and individuals.
• And for Excessive, capricious violations of our Civil and Human Rights — The federal government has rolled back and suppressed hard-won Civil Rights protections for entire communities; The administration has rescinded federal anti-discrimination rules protecting LGBTQ+ people, and removed gender identity and sexual orientation from civil rights language across multiple agencies; It has dismantled racial equity programs, revoked school desegregation oversight, and eliminated equal opportunity requirements for federal contractors, allowing systemic discrimination to flourish unchecked; Voter suppression laws, enabled or ignored by Congress and the courts, disproportionately affected communities of color, Native populations, and young voters; Disability rights have been quietly undermined through weakening of ADA enforcement and budget cuts to special education and accessibility services; The United States violated fundamental Human Rights through separating families at the border, detaining asylum seekers in run-down and dangerous conditions, and deporting legal Americans to face abuse and torture abroad; It has used the Alien Enemies Act to justify detentions and deportations without charges or hearings, even defying court orders; Refugee caps have been slashed to historic lows, while LGBTQ+ and religious minority asylum seekers are routinely denied protection; Transgender inmates have been forcibly transferred to unsafe facilities and denied gender-affirming care, in direct violation of international standards against cruel and inhumane treatment; The President has undermined public health through the promotion of anti-vaccine disinformation, elevating individuals with known anti-vaccine views to positions of influence; The Federal Government at Large has weakened regulatory protections against practices like conversion therapy, and created a legal and cultural environment in which they are being re-legitimized; and The government has also withdrawn cooperation from international courts investigating war crimes, sanctioned global human rights bodies, and weakened diplomatic commitments to human dignity and justice.

And standing at the forefront of this Tyranny is Donald Trump; A man who stood before all of us and lied openly — "I, Donald J. Trump, do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, Preserve, Protect and Defend the Constitution of the United States." and instead all he has done is Erode, Ignore, and Attack the Constitution, Rule of Law, and the American People. Sitting idly by, complicit in and profiting from this Tyranny are many members of Congress, many Judges of the Federal Courts, many State Governors and Legislatures, and many of the Richest people in the country. 

And the rest of the world is trying to move-on without us, they're stepping away and abandoning us despite everything our country has done for them. Through generations of sacrifice in 2 World Wars, the defense of democracy in the Cold War, and the unyielding cost of standing up to tyrants abroad. Our country and the American Spirit has helped liberate others since our founding — standing as a beacon of Liberty, Justice, and Hope. But in our time of need, the world so easily looks away.

The United States, as a nation, has always maintained clear, definite opposition, to any attempt by those who seek to destroy unity and promote injustice, to any attempt to lock their citizens behind a wall while the rest of the world moved past; yet, today, we have let Tyrants lock us away from the rest of the world — physically, politically, socially, and economically.

But we must show everyone that the American Spirit is NOT Dead! We must show them that we will not go down quietly and that we are still strong! We must show them that we will not let Tyranny take hold in our Country! Let's show the world why THIS IS THE LAND OF THE FREE AND THE HOME OF THE BRAVE!

I urge you to Stand with us, Speak Out against Tyranny, and Refuse to be ruled in silence, because at no previous time in history has American security been as seriously threatened from within as it is today. When the wealthy and well-connected can buy influence, drown out the voices of the people, and shape laws in their favor with a check, government and rule of law become mere theater. Corruption thrives in complacency. When those in power fear no consequence, and the public is too exhausted or misled to resist, freedom dies. Corporations write policy behind closed doors. Lobbyists rewrite tax codes. Legislators benefit from bribes, shady deals, and insider trading. All while promising lies repeatedly failing to act in our best interests. As corrupt officials gut oversight mechanisms, silence watchdogs, and fill government roles with 'yes men' and sycophants, Representatives, Judges, Law Enforcement, regulators, and the Justice System become tools to carry out the whims of the elites rather than protections and resources of the people, for the people. That's where we find ourselves today, the doorstep to full-blown Authoritarian Plutocracy run by Billionaire Corporate Cronyism.

For these reasons, WE DEMAND that Donald Trump and ALL Other Tyrants step down from office immediately! We assert that any further actions — executive or legislative — that oppress, exploit, or betray the American people or undermine or infringe upon the will and welfare of the public is an act of War against the People of the United States. We want to have Peace, Liberty, and Justice; but if the Tyrants choose war, then we are prepared for War. 

Let us learn from history and stop it from repeating. Let us head the words of former President Ronald Reagan, "Perhaps you and I have lived too long with this miracle to properly be appreciative. Freedom is a fragile thing and it’s never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people. And those in world history who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again." We will not be the generation that repeated history and watched liberty collapse without action — we will be the ones who rose up to preserve Liberty and Justice for All.
