A Call to Aice Holdings, PTE. LTD to grant my reward for assisting Aice Ice Cream.

 

 

In 2021, Aice , an ice cream brand based in Indonesia with a distribution network here in the Philippines lost over two-thirds of its distribution hub as they abruptly switched to a different brand of ice cream. Aice, in response made investigations regarding this issue and release a reward memorandum for anyone who can assist and provide clues and evidence. A full reward of RMB 200.000 has been posted for any individual who has made special contributions in assisting the company.

 

For those who know me within the Aice Ice Cream community, there is no question that I have fulfilled every criteria required to be eligible for the full reward. I was the first respondent to provide full details of every involved distributors, a full timeline of events and has submitted hundreds of evidences in the form of photos, videos, receipt, purchase order forms and various documents. All the information I have provided have long been proven correct as my reports are reflected with the current distribution structure Aice in the Philippines has now. Beyond submitting evidences, I have played a crucial role in assisting Aice restore their markets across the country. Actions that are visible in every Aice fan groups I have created, restored and maintained for years. I have assisted thousands of clients old and new thru the years. No other individual has made special contributions to Aice more than myself. It is unfortunate that for almost 2 years, that reward has been denied and almost forgotten by Aice Management.

 

I am currently exploring all legal options to enforce my claim. Thru this petition I am hoping that people within the Aice community will help me voice out my concern directly to Aice Indonesia (Aice Holdings PTE, LTD) as they are the ones who created and has the authority to honor the reward memorandum.

 

For more than 5 years, I have been a loyal retailer/franchise of Aice Ice Cream and has been a household name within the community. I am the living embodiment of the Aice ideals and have been one of the most vocal advocate of the brand.

 

With your support of my petition, I hope that my voice be heard by the top management of Aice and consider my demand. For those I have interacted in the past, I appreciate if you find time for a short testimony.
