Can you believe this …. 64% of New Orleans’ residents feel the city is unsafe … are you part of that number? And yet our NOPD force is dwindling and crime is up … please sign the petition to add more policing presence to our neighborhoods … let’s support OUR NOPD in efforts to achieve  quality of life for all residents and secure the economic recovery we deserve. All of our lives depends on it!

“NEW ORLEANS — A new survey conducted for the New Orleans Crime Coalition shows that an overwhelming majority of the city’s residents – 74 percent – feel that crime in New Orleans has gotten worse over the past year and 64 percent don’t feel the city is safe.”
