The issue

We’re calling on Erina Leagues members, Erina Eagles supporters and the Central Coast community to stand with Jamie Savage and demand that ALL relevant evidence is properly considered.

Our first goal is 500 signatures.

Jamie has given more than 30 years to Erina Rugby League Football Club and the football community. He disputes key findings made against him and is exercising his right to have the matter reviewed through NCAT.

WHY ARE WE ASKING QUESTIONS?

The investigation has been widely reported as involving a $90,000 deck that ultimately cost more than $450,000. But there is more to the story.

The regulatory decision also records an independent estimate of approximately $1.339 million (excluding GST) for broader works undertaken between 2017 and 2023 — including internal alterations, major repairs and internal and external refurbishment across multiple areas of the Club.

Were these additional Club-requested projects properly separated from the original deck when the matter was investigated?

Jamie deserves the opportunity to have the complete evidence heard.

THIS IS ABOUT FAIRNESS — NOT AVOIDING ACCOUNTABILITY.

Questions have also been raised about Jamie’s disclosure of his business interests.

Yet Board records spanning 2017 to 2023 repeatedly identify “Mr Jamie Savage – JDS Building” under interests in contracts and Registered Clubs Act requirements.

That evidence deserves proper consideration.

Responsibility for governance and statutory records within a registered club is also not a matter for one volunteer Director or President alone. The Club, its Secretary/CEO and governing body have responsibilities.

That distinction matters — and so does the evidence.

Most importantly, the regulatory determination does not contain findings that Jamie committed theft, fraud or intentional misappropriation of Club funds.

The findings concern registered-club governance matters, including conflicts of interest, procurement and tender processes.

Governance findings should not be turned into allegations of criminal dishonesty.

THE PUBLIC DESERVES THE COMPLETE STORY
Jamie has also faced significant media attention.

A July 2026 ABC News report prominently reported allegations that Jamie awarded more than $450,000 of work to his own companies without proper disclosure or tender processes, including the claim that a $90,000 deck had increased to more than $450,000. The same article also reported Jamie’s denial of wrongdoing, an independent estimate that the broader works exceeded $1.3 million.

The resulting publicity has had a significant impact on his reputation, health and livelihood.

That is why getting the facts right matters.

A person’s reputation should not be defined by a headline when material evidence remains disputed and is now being put before NCAT.

WHAT ARE WE ASKING FOR?
We are calling for:

An independent and transparent examination of the investigation and evidence concerning Jamie Savage.
Proper consideration of Board records, disclosures, project scopes and independent valuation evidence.

Examination of whether the original $90,000 deck was appropriately distinguished from subsequent refurbishment and building works.

Fair consideration of evidence both supporting and challenging the allegations.
Appropriate scrutiny of governance, transparency and accountability at Erina Rugby League Football Club.

HELP US REACH 500 COMMUNITY VOICES.
WE STAND FOR FAIRNESS.
WE STAND FOR TRANSPARENCY.
WE STAND FOR ACCOUNTABILITY.
WE STAND FOR THE COMPLETE TRUTH.

SIGN THE PETITION.

STAND WITH JAMIE SAVAGE.
