In my residential neighborhood, there’s a family that came in a buys some properties in the residential neighborhood and bring their towing company in and storage all kinds of wrecked vehicles all over the small neighborhood.Mind you it’s against the law to have tow yard and storage wrecked vehicles in a residential neighborhood and community due to the toxic chemicals that comes from everything on theses wrecked vehicles.like gas,oil,rubber from the tires,radiator fluid,brake fluid, exhaustion from the engine Etc.All theses toxic chemicals cause cancer,damage to your nervous system, poisons our water in our neighborhood and the environment also it’s lowers our property values.Theses wrecked vehicles are being storage next to our family homes we’re there are children and pets .We can’t walk out our doors without looking at wrecked vehicles are in our front doors.We can’t walk around our small neighborhood without looking at wrecked vehicles sitting all over the place on side of the road,in the woods, ran down houses on the properties where they are parking customers vehicles that being towed into the neighborhood all times of day and night.Kids can’t play or ride their bikes freely because they are coming through with wrecked vehicles or they just driving the tow trucks around just because.They pulling vehicles over the neighborhood and not fully hooking them up like their playing games with these customers vehicles after I complain to code enforcement and city council board members about theses people are putting theses wrecked vehicles all over the neighborhood and they should be in a residential neighborhood.Our lives and health is at risk due to these wrecked vehicles are sitting here in a neighborhood where people lives.This is not a commercial industrial area it’s a residential neighborhood Community where retired families and hard working people trying to live a quiet life but can’t due to 3C’s/Cotton towing company that has turned our residential neighborhood into a junk yard ;from old construction equipments,wrecked vehicles,run down houses,trucks,boats Etc.Theses people vehicles is not in a secure tow yard because they don’t have them behind any fence they are in the open field and woods anyone can come on the properties and take whatever like their daughter are taking the customers properties out of their vehicles while in the possession of this company. I went before the city council board members asking them not to aloud this company to operate or extend their company here in our residential neighborhood due to this’s not safe for our families,our neighborhood and the environment and it’s against the law  for this to be in a residential neighborhood due to the toxic chemicals that’s comes from these vehicles being sitting in storage for months and years on out.Our properly values gone down and we don’t have a free outlet to get in an out of the neighborhood because they blocks the road around the whole court .It only one way in and out so when EMT,Firefighters comes in they have a time getting in because they parks the tow trucks in In street or on side the small narrow road that goes around through the neighborhood which they have wrecked vehicles all around the neighborhood and they feel they can park anywhere they want to.This towing company needs to be moved into a industrial location where there are no residential neighborhood where families lives.Here where are in our small neighborhood with only 3 families homes are here now because they have purchased up all the properties around here and thought they can put theses wrecked vehicles on all the properties and didn’t get business license to operate on theses properties and operating illegal.My have are sick with cancer, congested heart failure, with pacemaker , having nervous system problems, can’t sleep, in wheelchair and many more illnesses. I try reaching out to the new station to get involved and come see what our neighborhood is because we’re living in a junk yard and the code enforcement and the city council board members is not doing anything about it.They put in an ordinance for them to do and they have not done anything but they don’t need to be here in a small residential neighborhood it’s not a place or big enough to have a towing company.Even one of the workers in zoning agreed that this is not a location for a towing company and they need to clean out their mess.He also said what he feels doesn’t matter because he’s not in that department and he only has a voice and they are not going to listen to him but at the same time he’s the one that put in the changes of re zoning for it to be part commercial zoning in a residential neighborhood.They suppose to be 100 yards from residential homes but they let them continue to put wrecked vehicles next to a family of at less 5/6 people in the house which 4 is children and a newborn.So yes I need this help on a petition to get this company out of our neighborhood and into a industrial location.They can rebuild houses in here and help people and get them out the streets. I mean you can put at 5/6 home in here or more. I rather see people in homes here than looking at wrecked vehicles and broken down construction equipment,half of vehicles you name it it’s here.
