The 377 should be extended to Hadley Wood Station via Cockfosters to give a direct link between Cockfosters and Enfield especially for the elderly as the 121 and 307 may be packed and to provide a link between Cockfosters and Hadley Wood.

The Enfield council and TFL can help contribute to make this extension happen as Hadley Wood certainly needs more buses during the day and would give a direct connection to Cockfosters. This extension would also provide a direct link between Enfield and Cockfosters and also a bus service on Westpole Avenue between Cockfosters and Oakwood.

This is the perfect time for Enfield Council and TFL to act. The 377 seems to be quite an isolated route apart from school times. The extension to Hadley Wood would create more purpose for the 377 because with the current route, you may as well use the 121 or 307 between Ponders End and Oakwood. And also Hadley Wood residents would be less isolated as the 399 only runs 5 times per day between 10am and 3pm. The 377 would provide a service between 6am and 11pm Monday to Saturday.
