Phil Spencer once stated that he has a love for the RTS genre and I do too. Halo Wars and Halo Wars 2 were my favorite experiences within the genre. By adding the Halo Wars series into Halo MCC, more people will get to experience Halo Wars with the ease of accessibility that Halo: The Master Chief Collection brings to its games. The Halo Wars games are storage friendly and don't take up a lot of space which is another concern for adding more titles to Halo MCC. Halo Wars 2 isn't accessible to Steam players at all and bringing it into Halo MCC would bring in a new wave of fans to the series.

       Why the Halo Wars series and not Halo 5? It is clear that Halo 5 has a large established community but adding it to Halo MCC wouldn't bring much added value as a lot of people already have access to Halo 5 / may already own it. It is clear that once Halo Infinite releases holiday season of 2021, Halo MCC will see a drastic drop in players and may struggle to survive. Halo Wars isn't an FPS and would still hold its value within Halo MCC even through future Halo game releases.
