We, the undersigned, urge the Royal Borough of Greenwich to deny the proposed plan to replace a window with brick infill of the first floor on 31 Nithdale Road, SE18 3PF.

This unnecessary alteration will have no positive impact on the building's function or safety, while significantly damaging its historic character and the visual appeal of the streetscape.

The submitted drawings demonstrate that the window can be effectively sealed from the inside without requiring complete removal and bricking up. This approach will maintain the building's original proportions and architectural integrity, ensuring that it remains in harmony with its surroundings.
