Restore rights of Sikhs to wear Kirpan unrestricted

Restore rights of Sikhs to wear Kirpan unrestricted
The issue
Sikhs have been freely allowed to carry Kirpans in NSW and practice this freedom of faith without any restrictions being imposed on the Kirpan. The Kirpan is a Sikh article of faith that cannot be modified or restricted in any way. Sikhs believe that it hurts Religious sentiments and attacks Religious freedom if any changes that limit the Kirpan are implemented. We appeal to the government to let us freely practice our faith without interference. This is our basic human right. Sikhs believe they are sovereign in practicing their faith.
