2nd amendment rights preserve our humanity
The Issue
My proposal to Repeal the Mulford act of 1967 is essential to the preservation of Human life and the constitutional right to do so. The bill that was passed in 1967 also known as the Mulford act did not reduce the murder rate in the state of California. In fact, the banned of carrying an open firearm caused the murder rate to increase. Statistical information from the UCR and California crime rates released by the FBI and published by IFCJ.org. This only leads to the understanding that the Mulford act only creates serious danger to the American people and a threat to personal safety and the lives of our American citizens.
The Mulford act only leaves law-abiding citizens to be defenseless and easy to take our lives without any chance to live. No chance to defend the life, no chance to protect it, no chance to take a perpetrator under, nor no chance to defuse the severity of that situation when a perpetrator comes to take your life, the life of your loved ones, or the lives of anyone who may be in life-threatening danger. The bill leaves us with no chance to live. The bill only works by stripping away the very essence that makes us human and our ability to survive. Our ability to survive directly depends on our right to bear arms under the second amendment which grants us that protected right.
Publicly where a severe threat to life can present itself at any given moment by an unsuspected predator with the intent to kill or as we have witnessed many decades after decades persons with serious mental illness or mental health issues. By the way, these people do not possess the legal right to own or operate a firearm, yet this bill the Mulford act does not stop them “these perps” with mental health issues, with the intent to murder and slaughter many people the bands do not stop these perps they never have and they never will. The statistics prove it, there are facts the science is real, the science does not lie, the evidence does not lie, this is not a secret this is in the open in your face, and substantial evidence.
Scenarios such as those aforementioned, where the Mulford act has left the general public at its most vulnerable to be killed off. When the large majority of the general public actually possesses the legal right to own, operate, and bear arms have been violated by such ill composed bill. It does not stop the perp and yet it restricts law-abiding citizens from legally defending themselves although they still hold the right to bear arms only in theory by such an ill-composed bill that infringes on the rights of the American people to the 2nd amendment.
The Mulford bill not only violates the constitutional rights of the American people but also violates the constitution itself. Therefore rendering the bill itself Illegal and criminal against the Constitution our forefathers fundamentally laid out and framed for us to live in and exercise our rights with. The Mulford act is unconstitutional and it is recognized in California as a political attack on the fundamentals of the Constitutional bill of rights, which, is the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
What will happen in the meantime as well as the long run statistically more innocent people will die by the predicted thousands nearing an average of 52,000 nationwide by the end of 2024. this is due to the laws restricting law-abiding citizens from carrying in public while the large population of criminals are manufacturing their homemade weapons and purchasing off the black market which is highly uncensored. This gives the offender/perpetrator an advantage over those who are law-abiding. If things change, by granting law-abiding citizens the same rights as criminals and law enforcement we will be able to defend our lives when met with life-threatening dangers, in the nation's highest murder rate per capita is also due to a lack of legal protections infringed on by the state government. Now is the time to act before the number of law-abiding citizens shrinks to a negligible number of people. Holding the ability to sufficiently protect our students, our children, and our own lives is essential to our right to bear arms when a life-threatening emergency arises in which case must require a split-second response. Our duty under the declaration of independence, its articles, and the bill of rights of the constitution of the united states obligate us to preserve our own life.
The declaration of independence is to protect life: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Article 2: Protects our rights to life: Article 2 is referred to as an “absolute right” These are rights that can never be interfered with by the state.
