#Justice by strict law and punishment .

I humbly appeal the concerns , authoritative ,and law and order protectors , everyone , every person that for this brutal act there is one punishment of burning them alive because so far Rapist ,such people had no fear ,no longer they are scared from law and making fun of it so it's high time .and strict punishment will certainly  work .
