Caroline Springs and surrounding suburbs are a few of the most dangerous in Melbourne. Our population is growing rapidly with new estates being developed constantly. Our small police station doesn't have enough resources and the Police station is closed every night. This is not good enough.

The 2021 Census stated that 24,488 people reside in Caroline Springs alone with constant annual growth year after year. Neighbouring suburbs are also large in numbers such as Burnside and Burnside Heights at 12,177 combined and Deer Park at 18,145.

This means that today there are I n excess of 54,810 people residing in those suburbs, how is a small police station supposed to handle the population, in addition to it being closed every night?

We need a 24 hour police station in Caroline Springs to stamp out the crime. When you sleep, so does the local police station. All of us have had enough and its just neglect of the Western suburbs year after year. We must demand for a 24 hour police station now as currently it is not good enough. We need to love where we live, not fear where we are.
