24 hour fitness Supersport has recently taken away one of the amenities in California locations, we pay the same monthly subscription without them lowering the price. They have taken away towel service which includes hand towels and shower towel. This might not sound like a big deal, but it is. We all have a long work week and for me I dont currently have a laundry unit in my apartment. We dont have time to wash towels every day of the week. That is why we pay for a gym membership at a Supersport. I pay the high price for Supersport for this exact reason. They are cutting corners at the perfect time, so if they lose a few subscriptions now in early December they gain new ones at the beginning of the new year with all the new customers. Please help us change this back. Also, I have heard from employees that they are testing the waters, to see if they lose customers. They will change it back, if we can make a stand.
