I had a hearing on January 23, 2023 and I obtained my previous court appointed attorney.

In this hearing I heard that we were curing parents but I also heard “ Group Home” 

when I hear this I shut down and it makes me very sad because I know my son would not do well in one of these places. He has had multiple placements that have ended with him at the ER or with multiple injuries. I’m not sure how the judge thinks group homes are fine. Has he ever been in one or had a loved one in one? If he has a paid out of his own pocket and I’m sure they were treated much differently than our loved ones would be. Everyone knows how proof homes are especially these days when they’re all shutting down. Just being in the hospital Matthew was over medicated and is suffering now from the multiple antipsychotics and neuroleptics in his system. He may never be the same again. He sounds like Darth Vader and they want to ignore his condition. Please take a look at this video if you haven’t seen my Facebook and tell me that this is normal. This is not him sleeping he is Wideawake playing a video game.

Pre-trial is at the end of April and the trial will be early May. They don’t seem to want to take my evidence that I am not neglectful. I put my objections and they mean nothing unless I have my exhibits in.

This is Matthew when he had the head pain when he was admitted into the ER and then during his eight month boarding in the hospital as he picked up significant weight he still was having a head pain and continues to have it to this day and they won’t do anything about it.
