Matthew needs full work up and needs medications readdressed as he continues to have difficulties since so many added on. They are causing breathing difficulties along with weight gain . 
He doesn’t breathe well at night gasping throughout the night. Simple colds are traumatic. 
The St Paul Childrens hospital committed fraud numerous times and I have evidence to prove it. 
Both Childrens Hospital and Fairview Southdale committed fraud.
Children’s Hospital drew up a nurses document stating that I caused my son’s aggression and I yelled at him and that he got scared of me. That couldn’t be further from the truth and what I did was pray with him near the window and then he had one of those aggressive episodes in which the visitation person blamed  me for the aggression. I had the whole visit on video and I will hold them accountable. There is one nurse in particular that continues to document fraudulently and it’s the same one that stated that I brought in a bunch of fatty foods when all I brought was low calorie , lowfat items that night. 
Another thing they did before he discharge was they documented that he hit somebody in the face when Food was being heated up and I was in there along with several other people to vouch that he never hit anyone in the face but the same nurse continues to document these incidents. They have also documented fraud as to why Matthew was admitted to the hospital. I would’ve never believed in my years of being a medical coder that there’s so much fraud going on and so much HIPAA violation.
