I recently purchased a vehicle with an extended warranty on November 9, 2021 from Clark Crain Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram at 7245 US-61, St Francisville, LA 70775. I have gotten the run around and mislead since then.  I still DO NOT have my car and have made my first payment on it.  They have lied about getting the car fixed and my car is still at the Cadillac Dealership untouched and ZERO parts ordered for it.  I have repeatedly called, visited and contacted them to correct this with absolutely NO results.  Clark Crain received the money for my vehicle from the loan company since they waited so long in fixing my new (used) vehicle. So now they are not worried or done anything the correct process in this situation.

*****UPDATE***** The extended warranty company said that the issue with my car was known to the dealership prior to me purchasing the car.  IT WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THE POLICY-ANOTHER LIE FROM CLARK CRAIN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM in St. Francisville, LA.
