A man that goes by TJ, had failed to register as a sex offender back in 2018 and he was able to kidnap and hold hostage my child stormy Grace Lovell that was 15 years old at the at the time for 3 days he beat her and raped her and held her without food or water and injected her with all kinds of drugs she nearly killed her for 3 days he did this and he just got sentenced recently and he is now up for probation instead of serving his full term inside of the State penitentiary where he needs to be. How are we supposed to insure our children safety in the state of Oklahoma if we keep allowing predators that fail to register on their first offense, let me remind you, allowed to walk the streets free they've robbed our children of their safety their personal safety not only did they rob them of their safety they and they inflicted insecurity, always being afraid, anxiety PTSD then, I'm going to substance abuse because my government did not protect my child did not ensure that a known sex offender that failed to register was going to stay away from my child how are we supposed to insure the safety of our children how am I supposed to insure the safety of my children their emotional their physical and their mental Health with my government letting out sex offenders on the streets that that they know they're not going to register that they're going to keep raping children there's no help for them there's no help for people like that
