This is a LIMITED power of attorney so that I can handle the case, and you don't have to appear in person for hearings. I will be using skype, the phone, emails, and twitter, texts, etc to deal with the case. Most cases are resolved in a year or so, this is not an immediate thing, we are put into a queue, and the case moves forward. The Defendants have a time to respond & to file answers.
