おはようございます。今日も善福寺緑地の紅葉と落ち葉がととても綺麗です。
私どもの活動にご賛同頂き本当にありがとうございます。私たち杉並区の工事予定現場近くの住民が、この工事計画を耳にしてから約1ヶ月が経ちました。初めて工事計画を聞いた時には悪い夢を見ているような感じで、全く理解ができませんでした。
その後東京都に度重なる問い合わせ、そのたびに要領の得ない回答、その裏で異様なスピードでこの都市計画が進行している現実。なぜ東京都は住民不在の計画を押し切ろうとしている？分からないことだらけです。
11月末の都市整備委員会で、当該都市計画が議題にあがることが分かりました。素案から案に引き上げを急いでいるのだろうと聞きました。そこに向け、一旦皆様から頂いた署名を提出します。
もちろん署名活動はこれで終わりではなく、むしろ始まったばかりなのですが、どうにか今日明日で（11月26日、27日）もう少し数を伸ばしたい。
どうか、周りの方におひとりでも多くお伝え頂けないでしょうか？

Good morning. The autumn leaves and fallen leaves in the Zempukuji green area are very beautiful as well today.
Thank you very much for supporting our campaign. It has been about a month since we, residents near the planned construction site in Suginami Ward, heard about this construction plan. When we first heard about the construction plan, it was like a bad dream and we could not understand it at all.
After that, we made repeated inquiries to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, and each time we received a reply that did not get the point across, and the reality that this urban planning was proceeding at a bizarre speed behind the scenes. Why is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government trying to push through a plan without residents? There are so many things we don't understand.
We have learned that the this city plan will be on the agenda at the Urban Development Committee meeting at the end of November. I heard that they are probably in a hurry to raise it from a draft to a proposal. We will be submitting the signatures you have given us once to the committie to show our voices.
Of course, this is not the end of our signature drive, rather it is just the beginning, but we hope to somehow increase the number a little more today and tomorrow (November 26 and 27).
Please, can you tell as many people around you as possible?
