自分自身が幾度も、動物に助けられ、動物の生きる権利を守るために今、この請願書を作成しました。

野生の犬猫などにも生きる権利はあります。人間の都合による殺処分は筋が通りません。捕獲することは致し方ないかもしれないが、責任もって保護、飼育ができる環境を整備し、そこで適切に保護されるべきで、決して処分されてはいけません。年間で約8万匹が飼い主不在のために 殺処分 されています（厚生労働省データ）。

また、動物虐待ビジネスhttps://news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/28cca44709e4d1a15137e6d07bf292a7eb93af6a（動物を拷問し、その行為を撮影した動画を販売、SNSに投稿し利益を得る行為、リンク参照）は明らかに異常な行為であり、病的なものです。特に中国で多く行われていますが、これは中国の動物愛護法が不十分であるためです

痛覚を感じることのできる動物を痛めつけ、その動画を販売、ネット上に投稿しお金を稼ぐ行為は人として行える行為では到底ありません。人間としての知性、倫理観を完全に放棄しています。　サイバーパトロールや、SNS運営会社の適切な処置で撲滅する必要があります。

G20すべての国により効果的で、厳しい動物愛護法の策定、施行を求めます。動物愛護法も各国で厳しく制定し、刑罰もより重くする必要があります。今こそ、私たち一人ひとりが動物の権利を守るために立ち上がる時です。是非、この請願に賛同し、署名してください。

Having been saved by animals myself many times, I have created this petition in order to protect the right to life of animals.

Wild dogs and cats have the right to live. It makes no sense to kill them for the convenience of humans. It is a complete abandonment of human intelligence and ethics.　It needs to be eradicated through cyber patrols and appropriate measures by social networking operators.

We call for more effective and strict animal welfare laws to be developed and enforced in all G20 countries.
