My name is Van Trinh. I'm a Vietnamese‑Canadian refugee.

A 45-minute video exists. My ex‑wife. Trump Tower. Music industry clients. Future, Lil Baby, and Bad Bunny were named. I've never seen the video. I don't need to.

The police have done nothing. The media won't cover it. My friends are silent. The entire town knows. No one is speaking.

A Green Beret echoed my name in his suicide note at the same Trump Tower where my ex‑wife was exploited. His final note read: "Lock the highways around down with semis right after everybody gets in." "Down" sounds like my birth name, Dao. I think he was sending us a message. I found out my ex was exploited at that same tower the next day. But the media won't cover it. Why?

I turned my trauma into art. Books. Music. Comedy. Essays. Everything is documented in a public record.

And here's what I've learned: More than 90 public figures know my story.

Comedians. Rappers. Podcasters. Politicians. Late-night hosts.

Some have seen the videos. Most have said nothing.

I'm not naming them. I'm not here to shame them.

I'm asking you to look at the timeline and ask yourself: who are they? Why are they silent?

100,000 signatures will force the media to ask that question. We need to resolve this now, or it will happen again to someone else.
