Russell Mark Fulcher is an American businessman and politician who has been serving as the U.S. Representative for Idaho's 1st congressional district since 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Fulcher has a distinguished career in Idaho politics, having represented the 21st district in the Idaho Senate from 2005 to 2012 and the 22nd district from 2012 to 2014. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and an MBA from Boise State University. Before his tenure in Congress, Fulcher worked in various roles including Real Estate Broker at Mark Bottles Real Estate, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Preco Electronics, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Micron Technology. His extensive experience in business and politics underscores his leadership in Idaho and beyond.
