Richard Daly is a dedicated public servant and experienced leader with a strong background in both politics and labor advocacy. He holds a high school diploma from Reed High School in Sparks and an associate degree from Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno. Daly has served as an Assembly Member for District 31 in the Nevada State Assembly, where he has worked on behalf of his constituents to address key issues affecting the community. In addition to his legislative role, Daly has significant experience in labor management, having worked as the Business Manager, Secretary, and Treasurer for Laborers’ Union Local 169 in Reno. His career reflects a commitment to public service and improving the lives of working families in Nevada.
