Rodriguez has served in various influential roles, including Director of Field Operations at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute and Executive Officer at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. He also served as the Executive Director at Enlace Chicago, a community organization focused on improving the quality of life for residents. Currently, he is a Council Member for Ward 22 at the Chicago City Council, where he continues to advocate for his constituents.
