Kathy Talley is a dedicated public servant and educator with a strong background in organizational communication and teaching. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas and a Certificate in Teaching from the University of Texas - Arlington. Kathy has a rich history of involvement in education, having worked as a Debate Coach at both Northwest High School and James Bowie High School, as well as serving as an educator at a State of Texas High School. Her professional experience extends into the healthcare industry, where she has been involved in training and education with Aetna Health Plans. Currently, Kathy serves as a Councilmember for Place 1 on the Southlake City Council, where she continues to contribute to her community.
