Jennifer Leigh McClellan is an accomplished American politician and attorney, currently serving as the U.S. representative for Virginia's 4th congressional district since 2023. Born in 1972, McClellan is a dedicated member of the Democratic Party. Her political career began in the Virginia House of Delegates, where she represented the 71st district from 2006 to 2017. Subsequently, she served in the Virginia State Senate, representing the 9th district from 2017 to 2023. McClellan also ran in the Democratic primary for governor of Virginia in 2021.
