Frank Burns is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 72nd District in southwestern Cambria County. He has been serving in this capacity since 2008, playing a significant role in the state's legislative processes. Recently, his victory over Amy Bradley contributed to the Democrats gaining a majority in the chamber. Burns is a member of the Democratic Party and has a strong educational background, having earned his high school diploma from Bishop McCort High School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
