CALL TO ACTION for Cambria & Somerset County Residents  
Many of you have asked how to support Martella's Pharmacy, a local institution that’s been going above and beyond for our communities for over 60 years. They’re not just filling prescriptions—they’re delivering white-glove care, supporting local teams, donating to causes, and treating every patient like family. 
Now, Express Scripts has notified Martella’s Pharmacies, insurance plans and patients that they intend to remove Martella’s Pharmacies from their pharmacy provider network effective August 15, 2025. Thousands of patients could lose access to the care they trust. 
  Here’s what you can do: 1) Call Express Scripts – Medicare members – (866) 529-4917 or all others (800) 282-2881 and tell them you WANT to continue to get your Rx and service through Martella’s Pharmacies 2) Call your insurance provider by dialing the number on the back of your insurance card.  Tell your insurance provider that you want Martella’s Pharmacies to remain as your Rx and service provider. 3) Call your elected officials.  Ask them to pass legislation that prevents Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) like Express Scripts from limiting your access to pharmacy care.  4) Share this petition 5) Tell your story
