Aristóteles Sandoval was a prominent Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party who served as the Governor of Jalisco from 2013 until 2018. Before this, he was the mayor of Guadalajara from 2009 to 2012, marking himself as a decisive and charismatic leader in public service. Sandoval was known for his commitment to social development, education, and healthcare improvement in his region. He was tragically assassinated in December 2020, marking a significant loss in Mexico's political leadership.
