Arguably the best Star Wars RTS was Star Wars Empire at War. While the game still has a vast following of modders, YouTube content creators, and players... this audience still has not gotten a newer version of this game since Disney took it over. Surely we can improve upon the core technology for better gameplay now. Empire at war deserves an updated version. (Disney if your listening hire some of the great modders, and fans that have kept this going, don't create it in a vacuum) 

With the release of Star Wars Squadrons (regardless of whether you thought it was good/given the full amount of attention or not) we know that someone is listening to the nostalgia of the audience. As squadrons obviously rose from the ashes of the old X-wing and Tie-Fighter games, so should it be with Star Wars Empire at War but better than squadrons... hopefully). It's time for Empire at war to get an updated game that takes advantage of the innovations of the current age and to come back... Remastered and with multiplayer/LAN abilities so that a new generation can enjoy it!!!

Clarification: I am not hating on Squadrons. I love the game to a great degree and appreciate it very much. The issues I had were that it seemed rushed with poor lip-syncing at times, not as graphically detailed as it could be, and a short campaign. Please keep adding more ships, weapons, and game types.
