My cps cases started 10 years ago. When I won my second case I started a lawsuit and a year later took my kids to move to Detroit. I went there because of all the help they had for troubled adults and children.  In June of 2023 I flew back to Washington (cps got my girls in the middle of the move). While there my home in detroit was robbed and squatters took over. My car was stolen and my son's kittens given away. I then decided it was safer to wait to go home just until I got a check I was awaiting. I was only in Washington state a month when I had housing and the community came together to help us get EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. The day I reported to police harassment from a outreach employee, is the same day I was told by Vancouver Police "you are a liability and have 24 hours to leave". The next day cps came and took my son. I created a fb group called operation can you see us to bring awareness to homeless. I did an interview with the Columbian about the business I was trying to create, right before my son was taken. I got a volunteer position of a 49th district lead at the low income housing association and was in process of getting captial investors involved. Then cps took my son.  I did lose my mind because I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT, EVERYTHING THEY TAUGHT ME! I  I started self medicating again after 4 years of sobriety and almost took my life too. After witnessing too much corruption, lies, theft and the city offices creating a smear campaign against me, I went home to Detroit. I became completely sober without treatment, on December 24, 2022. Fact finding was in April. The judge ordered him home hut with 6 months of supervision.  I got a motorhome and thousand trails membership. Got services and doctors already. However my son has not been returned. 

This last weekend izaiah was put in and set up for failure, in an unsafe home and still not returned to him. I'm now ready to start change. 

During our visits right after he was taken he decided he wants to change laws. There are 3 and I remember 2 and will list the third after our visit tomorrow.  

IZAIAHS LAW or RULE

1. When cps wants to take a child, they first must give the parents time to change and resources to help them not lose their child/children.
2. If they have to remove the child, they first must ask friends and family to take child. Regardless of where they live. 
3. CPS must wait a whole year (365) days before they are allowed to come back and do another investigation.  

It's crazy he came up with these on his own as the first 2, should already be laws. I thought about the third one for a while, (4th consecutive case). 

If those on drugs get time even from doc to get clean or stay clean before they go back to jail- should parents get that same chance? How do you go from a cps approved parent to them being removed a few months later?
