To ensure that—even in the event of a Democratic takeover or impeachment—there remains at least one building bearing his name as a lasting legacy and memorial, this petition proposes renaming DC Water’s Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)—the largest sewage facility of its kind in the world—to Trump WWTP.
