As a proud Canadian citizen, I am signing this petition to block Donald Trump from entering Canada due to his recent felony conviction and his repeated threats and inflammatory rhetoric that undermine the safety, dignity, and democratic values of our nation. Allowing entry to a convicted felon—especially one who has incited political violence, spread misinformation, and disrespected Canada and its leaders—sets a dangerous precedent and contradicts the principles of justice and security that Canadians hold dear. Our borders should reflect our values, and we must not welcome individuals who pose a risk to our national harmony and public trust.

It is my understanding through Social Media that President Donald Trump is planning to attend the G7 Summit in Kananaskis, Alberta from June 15th-17th 2025.. Prior to the recent Federal Election their was a Petition to Parliament that Donald Trump should not be permitted to attend the G7 Summit. This petition was signed by thousands of Canadians across Canada including myself. There are many reasons why a number of Canadians do not think Donald Trump should be allowed in Canada: He's a convicted Felon, and according to Canadian law isn't allowed in Canada unless he has a special permit. He has threatened and continues to threaten Canadian sovereignty, with his talk of the 51st state and is using economic terrorism to take over Canada. He is a terrorist to the sovereignty of Canada. He is a gangster and bully, using threats, intimidation, and extortion to try to cause harm to Canada He interfered with the recent Canadian Federal election. He will cause chaos at the G7 summit, won't respect any code of conduct and will not respect other leaders there and try to intimate the outcome of the summit Canadians don't want him there. He should be arrested by the RCMP if he sets foot on Canadian soil. If he is allowed to be there, I hope the RCMP will allow organized peaceful protests by Canadians and that gets to see and hear Canadians flying Canadian flags and telling trump we will never be the 51st state. Elbows Up Canada. The rest of the World is with Canada. Don't let this Felon attend and ruin the G7 submit.

I am a dual US/Canadian citizen living in the US, with more family in Canada than the US. I have been to Canada numerous times all my life and I have to say that Canada absolutely does not deserve the threats from Donald Trump. Canadians I have met are friendly, kind, and more educated than the Americans I know. To all Canadians: I am sorry for what our president has done to your country. I feel your pain and I stand with your country and people. CANADA IS NEVER 51!!!! ELBOWS UP!!!!!!

Donald Trump’s repeated incitement of division, racism, and disinformation stands in direct opposition to the values of tolerance and truth that the majority of Canadians hold dear. His presence would symbolize an endorsement of the chaos and authoritarian rhetoric he has championed. Canada must remain a haven for democratic principles, not a stage for political spectacle and reckless nationalism. To allow him into this country would be to legitimize his government which is built on lies, cruelty, and contempt for justice and democracy.
