This is a personal issue of mine as my dad had to get visitation rights to see me, and this happened fairly close to me. I think it’s horrible what happened.

Mental, emotional and psychological abuse often lead to PTSD and not uncommon for them to lead to suicide. It’s a serious issue and the legal system could be more helpful to those left in despair from this type of detrimental abuse. It absolutely should be criminal when someone intentionally tries to destroy you.

Best way to solve either one is it's not your fault. Leave and seek help.

C. supported: Recognize Manipulation and Emotional abuse as Crime in Texas LawThis is all terribly wrong, all these people are inhumane and vile who support these acts of trump and acts of racism and so much more. We need to stop how these ppl are acting immediately. It is not okay. I once was bullied I was about 11 to 13 years old, the school (in Utah Hillcrest junior high) Did not do much to prevent the bullying, they ignored my cries for help, eventually I got jumped (physically harassed) and eventually tried to take my life, I'm glad I am here and I DO NOT want anyone else to go through this, it is absolute hell and never okay to treat others like that. We are all humans and need to love each other and nurture one another.

They employed midwives who had criminal histories and even had sanctions against their midwifery license in other states, yet none of us knew that. When clients and babies got hurt there was no one to hold them accountable! While I’ve had amazing experiences with midwives in DFW, I’ve also seen what can go wrong. The midwives that are doing what they are supposed to shouldn’t be afraid of regulations.

There were some red flags during my pregnancy care in regards to test but all went well during labor. I believe that many needed to be educated on the difference licensee and to TEXAS and all states needs to hold midwives accountable when a Momma's experience becomes unsafe.
