We moved to Tessera, and like many others found that we were deceived by the seller. We were intentionally misled to believe we would have access to Lago amenities, and that we would have a voice in the HOA in our neighborhood. Moreover, we were upset to learn that the HOA had been paying insane amounts of money for groundskeeping that was never done (an admitted mistake that was swept under the rug). Embezzlement? No transparency, no communication, no choice. We need the State's intervention!

Those standards have not been fully met for Tessera homeowners. I support corrective actions that produce the best resolution for we the homeowners.
