🔥 Also, the Hines meeting on June 24 was FIRE! Neighbors passionately expressed concerns regarding potential Deceptive Trade Practices by Hines, particularly about falsely marketing neighborhood amenities as "Exclusive." When directly questioned by a neighbor, the Hines attorney notably instructed a representative, "Do not answer that question." When challenged, the attorney repeated firmly, "She is being instructed not to answer."
